They treat homes as their own and provide top notch service and support. City Plumbing did an excellent job fixing sewer issues, and they were professional, friendly, and fast. They explained the issues and how they would resolve them, and also got an air conditioner up and running at minimal expense. The owner did a great job repairing an HVAC unit, quickly diagnosing the problem and showing tricks for the future. They let customers know options without trying to upsell, and provided extra cleaning service at no charge. The company is competent, timely, and 100% positive, with fair, up front, and reasonable pricing. Customers were impressed with the detailed explanations and solutions without breaking the bank. The communication is excellent, with personable pricing and excellent workmanship. The company is highly recommended for all future plumbing and heating needs.
Dustin is so through, explains everything well and doesn't get annoyed with I ask questions. Above all, he's honest and will let you know how much to expect upfront if you're going to have him do services.

Dustin (the owner) did a great job when he came out to repair our HVAC unit. He quickly diagnosed what was going on and then showed me a couple tricks that I could try the next time it acts up. He let me know my options but do not try to upsell me, which I appreciated. He then sprayed out my unit for me so it will run more efficiently. He did not charge for the extra cleaning service which I was pleasantly surprised by. He provided a great service for a great price, we will be using him again in the future!
