9/08/21 Had another plumbing issue and call Done again. Superb service. Caleb and Dalton did a terrific job. Fast, thorough, clean and helpful. I won't even consider calling anyone else.

2/7/23 Jaered from Done came and cleared a slow basement drain. Quick, professional and left no mess. Done is the only plumbing service I use. Always satisfied.

3/1/24 I was considering having a tankless hot water system installed. I reached out to Done! to see about an estimate. The price was higher than I can afford right now. The price is in line with what others are charging. I didn't have any ideas going in, so this is not a knock on Done! Tankless systems are expensive. I never felt any pressure from the tech. He was professional and courteous.

4/21/26 Decided to have a preemptive cable clean out due to some roots from a holly plant. We weren't having an issue, just decided to stay ahead of it. Jason was quick, courteous and efficient. A good experience.“

“After vetting 5 contractors who did not check all my boxes to replace my kitchen drain line, stack, toilet drain, and sewer line, I called Pipe It Up. Rashad was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He understood what I wanted, and generated an estimate with precision. When I had questions, Rashad had patient honest answers. There was no nonsense, and his pricing was competitive. The guys in his crew are extremely hard working conscientious people. It was clear they have a lot of experience working together, and mutual respect for one another. Using Pipe Bursting technology (HDPE), our old sewer line was replaced without digging up the entire yard, or cutting down any trees. Only 2 small trenches were required. One at the city main in the back of the yard, and one near the house. Now we have a seamless sewer line impervious to tree roots. Permits were pulled, and the work quickly passed inspection. After Rashad's team backfilled the new sewer line, they returned pavers, stones, and wood chips to their original locations. The yard looks like almost nothing has happened, and we have a ten year warranty on all the work that was done. When I realized I needed a major plumbing overhaul, it was overwhelming. Once I found Pipe It Up, and hired Rashad, I knew everything was going to work.“

“The ARS team, 2026 Carson scoped our sewer line from the house to the street and discovered that roots had blocked the connection to the sewer main. There also was some settling at several junctions, preventing a good flow. Carson quoted replacingnthe failed areas, got a crew out quickly and performed the needed repairs. 2025 - consisting primarily of Juan, Lyric, with David and Sal coming out for related tasks, did an outstanding job with an underground, inside sewer line repair. I had ARS out in 2004 to replace our main sewer line and they were my first any only option when I had a different issue.“
