Did a great job installing a range hood. Company was very responsive to email and texts. When Rob left at the end of a long day, I realized the hood was just a bit crooked. The next morning I contacted them, sharing photos to show the problem. They immediately replied and scheduled a time for Rob to come back that day. He quickly made the needed minor adjustments.

I had my air conditioner serviced today, and the technician quickly found and fixed the problem. Our house is nice and cool again! What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure or unnecessary upselling. He simply fixed the issue and left us with a very reasonable bill.
