Michael K. was the technician to my home today. He was friendly, thorough, and professional. He reviewed what tasks he would be completing and recommended things to further protect my home at the conclusion of the job. We hired Fix-It 24/7 a few years ago after having regular HVAC issues with our new home as there is a design flaw in the system.
