Vectra was extremely helpful and very communicative. They were on top of everything from the beginning. The repairs were fast, and they kept us informed throughout the experience. I wish more businesses operated this way.

When my tankless boiler system started leaking, I had what I considered to be a varsity level plumbing issue. My trusted plumber of 25 years who installed the system had retired. Vectra Mechanical was the first and only place that responded to my request for help. They sent Adam, who; appeared on time, diagnosed the problem, called the manufacturer, determined the part was still under warranty, ordered the part, and then gave me the comfort and confidence that the boiler would continue to operate without suffering a catastrophic failure until the part appeared. Had a great experience working with Ruben (formerly of Flowrite Plumbing) and Matt. Their crew professionally handled a rather complicated sewer main repair (my line ties in with my neighbor's - don't ask me why they did these things in the 1930s...) and had my service restored within a few days of initially contacting them.
