The stylist recommend Chanel at Tranquility so that’s where I went. Chanel did an amazing job! “I got off work early to get a haircut at my usual spot at Cost Cutters down the street. They turned me away because I didn't have an appointment despite not ever needing an appointment for the 2 decades I've been going there. So, I came in with approximately 30 minutes left and felt pretty embarrassed about being there so close to closing time (which as a person who works with customers is a big pet peeve to stay late due to customers walking in last minute). Jennifer S. however, was delightful and acted as if I walked in at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. She offered me a shampoo which was already included in the price, but I declined because again, I didn't want my crap luck to be hers too and prolong the service. She did a truly fantastic job, and was sweet and personable and gave me one of the best haircuts of my life. She even razored the back of my neck, which was a first for me; most places just electric razor there and leave me feeling itchy and chafed after the hair cut.

So, all in all, I had a stellar experience and highly, highly recommend working with Jennifer S. if you get the opportunity to do so. I'll definitely keep her card handy for my next trim.“
