My boyfriend went to the Arvada ridge location yesterday because the wait time was low. Well let’s just say whoever cut his hair there needs more training. It was awful! It looked like a helmet wasn’t blended it was embarrassing. So i called the Arvada connection store and spoke with Hanna. I explained the situation and asked if we could come buy to see if there was anyway to fix it. She apologized for what happened and told us to come on in. When we got there she took us back right away. We were so thankful she was able to fix it and it came out amazing. We will definitely be coming back to Hanna from now on.

I just had one of the best interactions with Nadine! She is such a sweet woman and gave me an amazing haircut! She really knew what she was doing and walked me through what she doing! I will be coming back!

Caitlin is amazing! She’s the manager at this Great Clips and honestly gave me the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. She really listened to what I wanted, was super patient, and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. She’s also super friendly, which made the experience even better. I left feeling confident and loving my new cut. Highly recommend seeing her!
