I'm extremely picky when it comes to how my hair is cut. I needed to find a stylist after my stylist who used to cut my hair for years became unable to continue doing hair. I tried Cost Cutters, that was a huge mistake. After 5-6 months later I tried Fantastic Sams. I'm so happy I did. I found a new stylist and her name is Sadi. I highly recommend her she took her time and listen to how I wanted my hair cut. Their price is reasonable and I'm very happy.

I got off work early to get a haircut at my usual spot at Cost Cutters down the street. They turned me away because I didn't have an appointment despite not ever needing an appointment for the 2 decades I've been going there. So, I came in with approximately 30 minutes left and felt pretty embarrassed about being there so close to closing time (which as a person who works with customers is a big pet peeve to stay late due to customers walking in last minute). Jennifer S. however, was delightful and acted as if I walked in at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon.
