I got off work early to get a haircut at my usual spot at Cost Cutters down the street. They turned me away because I didn't have an appointment despite not ever needing an appointment for the 2 decades I've been going there. So, I came in with approximately 30 minutes left and felt pretty embarrassed about being there so close to closing time (which as a person who works with customers is a big pet peeve to stay late due to customers walking in last minute). Jennifer S. however, was delightful and acted as if I walked in at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. Alanna is the best! She knew exactly what I needed with me only telling her a little bit of what I wanted. My haircut turned out perfect! I will always go to her for all my hair needs.
haircut was great. however, why make an appointment and then wait half hour because walk-ins came before my appointment and I have to wait until they are serviced
