After 20 years of having plumbers come into the house, these folks were the first ones to point out something obvious that should never have been implemented in the first place, what could happen, and what would happen, that made no sense to leave as possible danger and openin to severe home damages, just as one small item they found during the job, that they fixed at no charge. They also came and fixed a few other things that I ran into that cropped up during the time they were here without charge. I really enjoyed their pleasant, intelligent and responsible personnel, whom I could trust.“

He brought the right parts and replaced the defective TPR valve. There is no more leaks. I was impressed with the fast service.He is very reliable and a friendly person who is from the San Mateo area.Earlier last year he also reviewed and fixed various plumbing deficiencies that were noted during our house inspection. He also completed those fixes in a very timely manner. He is definitely my go-to person for any plumbing issues.“

“Had a ground floor flooded on Saturday night. Called several plumbers on Sunday morning: they were the only ones to call back promptly, and to show up in less than two hours. It was not an easy project, but they told me that since it was an emergency, they would give priority to my problem. By Monday night everything was fixed, It was not cheap, but they did a lot of work digging the floor and locating the broken sewer pipes. I can not compare their cost due to lack of other plumbers ever showing up or even just returning my calls. They were very professional and did everything they said they would. Definitely will call again if needed !“

“It started with the phone call I made from the number on the water cooler sticker. The guy was great. Very clear, kept things simple and kept me calm. The repair man, J-Alvarez, came the next morning on time. I told him what I had noticed and then he proceeded to tell me what he going to do. He went to work right away and worked hard for about 2 1/2 hours. When he was done, everything had been cleaned up and then he explained what he had done. Then he told me about the warranty.The two men turned a bad situation into a well managed, excellent repair job. 5 stars to all involved.“

“We have continued to have reliable, professional, and fantastic service with Hamzeh. He is our go to for plumbing needs. While watering the yard outside this morning, I realized that one of our outdoor faucets was having a large leak. In over half an hour it had filled a bucket up! I called Hamzeh and he arrived within an hour. He helped replace the faucet as well as made adjustments to another faucet that was unsecured. He clearly explained his process in his work and answered any questions we had. We appreciate him looking out for us! With my busy schedule at work, I am so grateful for having a professional make these changes as soon as possible. “i manage a property in Oakland and we've been using Backflow Pros for awhile as the property opened in 2006. i've only been at the property for almost 2 years, but this year would be the 2nd year working with Tom personally. last year we ended up having to break a lock for the valve because we couldn't find the original key (great, right?), and the technician that was dispatched was kind enough to let us have an extra lock he had in his truck. he's reliable, techs are always on time when it's time for Backflow Testing. price is VERY reasonable compared to other competitors. you can trust Tom and his staff to do the job and they're very honest. 10/10 from Lincoln Court and their staff!“

“After paying another plumber to install a high-end Rinnai tankless water heater, I had to fire him and hire Shoreway to finish the job. Was reminded of the old saying, "if you think it's expensive to hire a professional...wait until you hire an amateur!" -- which is what I got before Shoreway came out.Jose provided great comms on the coordinating, quoting, etc. -- and Fernando installed all the final equipment like a surgeon. The first plumber whom I'd fired installed things crookedly, pipes all over the place, poor comms and never showed up to finish the work. Shoreway (Fernando) - installed professionally, neatly, minimizing use of space and running a new, clean line out of the garage. Installed water sensor in the remote bathroom and digital timer for recirculation. Hire without regret or giving it a second thought. They clearly take great pride in their work, the results of which reflect greatly on them as individuals and on their company. Yes, I paid a bit more - but well worth it.“

“The day I met Robert Porterfield.It was many many years ago in the late 90's. I was with a long time friend having lunch and I said .that I really need someone that can help me with my irrigation. The trees and bushes planted around my small property need more room. The first break in the PVC unexpectedly. happened.I called Peninsula Irrigation and someone was sent out immediately and.the break was repaired immediately..One day after a tree died and was removed I called Peninsula irrigation and other other plumbers to bid on rerouting; the line connected to the meter. I chose Peninsula Irrigation.When I came home to meet with Peninsula Irrigation I saw two people checking the layout of pipes, Robert looked up and he said "Tony I have to tell you the route you requested was completed under the bricks and connected to the meter near to the curb"" .The job had all ready been done twenty years sooner.Well what can I say?I only use Peninsula Irrigation "thank you Robert"I“
