Very pleased with the quick response from WHO. I had a water heater installed 14 years ago by them and have had no problem. I had a new gas water heater installed 6-4-26 and upgraded to a 12 year guarantee with an American Standard model. The installer Daniel was the best. Kind, knowledgable and did the install the same day as the estimate in 3 hours. Very happy all around. Would recommend to anyone.

He has worked for the company for 24 years and he actually installed our last water heater many years ago. He has a delightful personality and a great work ethic.
