One of the best service provider experiences I’ve had in a while. Quick phone assessment & estimate, on site 3 hours later with replacement water heater, text updates on ETA, very professional installer & great attention to detail.
From the initial call in to get my water heater fixed to taking a hot shower again, Water Heaters Only was nothing but professional and pleasant. My call in to the representative on the line was such a smooth process as she was immensely knowledgable about all types of water heaters, their pricing, and the installation process. All I mentioned was "balcony" and the representative knew exactly which brand and cost estimate was needed for my replacement heater. The company also was stated to have many brands and types of water heaters in their warehouses, which translates to getting a brand new heater in just a single day from the call in. These guys very much live up to their name. If you're looking for a new water heater fast, and with good service, these are the people. I'm a landlord who has to deal with multiple buildings. I was on vacation when this particular water heater went out, and they were able to get it all done and dusted, while my jet-lagged a** got some much needed sleep.
