My hairdresser of over 7 years cancelled on me about two weeks before the wedding and Brian not only stepped up to the task, by making room for consultations beforehand, doing my wedding hair AND the hair for my bridesmaids, but ALSO going outside his job description and was simply being a decent human being and helped my mom and dad bring in their luggage, settle into their hotel room and on top of that, keep me calm on the most anxiety-ridden day of my life. She is very knowledgeable on hair texture and properties, and knows how to keep your hair looking great while keeping it healthy. She also has a keen eye of what type of hair cut and styling fits your face and personality. She takes her time during perm and cut, and takes extra steps to protect hair during perming. Marissa had availability and the rest is history. She even cut my 3 yo daughter's hair one appointment, which is a miracle as she never lets anyone near her hair. She's the sweetest and such a pro, very communicative and takes feedback. Such a rarity to see a business owned by a young woman in such a sleepy part of Palo Alto.
