I have been a loyal customer of Katie's for about 14 years. She's always done a great job until recently. My hair came out too dark in a previous color appointment, and I wanted it blonde again. Katie used a new method on my hair, some clay thing, and I asked her before she started "Are you sure that's going to lift enough to get to blonde?" She assured me yes. She dyed my hair ORANGE. Yes, ORANGE. When I texted her pictures and told her I was unhappy with it, she dropped me as a client via text. After 14 years, she TEXTED me that she was no longer going to do my hair as if I had done something wrong by telling her I was unhappy with ORANGE HAIR. How unprofessional!...read full review

Had a great experience with Jordan this week! My friend highly recommended her so I came here when my highlights had grown out. Let me preface this by saying, I am a very awkward person. This was the first time I can genuinely say I felt comfortable during the salon experience- Jordan (and her coworkers) were super friendly and pleasant to talk to. My hair looks fabulous and it was about the same price as I've paid previously at other salons, so I'm definitely coming back here from now on.

I have seen 5 different stylists here, including the owner. None style my hair after my cut in a way that leaves me feeling confident and stylish. They don’t do good consultations about the style that follows the cut — or they don’t do a consult on the style at all. They totally undervalue the importance of the style. If I leave the salon with a style I hate, then I don’t feel listened to and I am left feeling like my hair cut ultimately isn’t working. Please invest more time in training for the style portion of a haircut.
