To make matters worse, we were experiencing a heat wave that topped 111 degrees! In a panic, we called around and the soonest other companies could come out was after the weekend. This was Thursday evening. We called Thompson's and they said they could squeeze us in on Saturday in the morning. They arrived on Saturday at the scheduled time and John quickly got our air up and running again. He then said, "while I am up here (on the roof), I can clean your coils and filter." He did not have to go that extra step but he did. He is kind and very professional. Their service fee was also cheaper than other companies in the area (Davis/Woodland). Thompson's has our business from now on.“
