She’s extremely attentive, conscience of your condition when working on you, and cleared the low bar set by the other place of always being there. When I was working with Casey and Gabby, Miral was always present and available, so I never felt neglected. Additionally, Casey and Gabby were laser focused and helped me refine my form. “Honestly, the therapists at Fusion are pretty awesome. I've had sessions with Harold (only once for my first appointment), Cynthia and Bret so far and all 3 are friendly, patient and great people to talk to. They observe how you move, correct your posture if necessary, and will share a few tips for you to do some exercises at home, safely. Bonus with this location is they validate parking! My only complaint is there's barely anyone at reception. When I call them, most of the time, nobody picks up the phone. I've left a couple voicemails too in hopes that someone calls me back so I can schedule more appointments, but no luck. You just have to keep calling and hope someone picks up, or make sure to schedule your appointments ahead of time while you're there.”

( I think it's because I imagined that my 74 year old body could somehow benefit by doing some plies in 1st thru 5th position. The patella part of my right knee objected strenuously to those ballet exercises, especially since I hadn't "warmed up" properly & I was never a ballet dancer, just did lessons for exercise. ) . Then I went to urgent care, they did X-rays, & nothing seemed broken or torn. They suggested physical therapy. I chose Fitness Philosophy because my husband went there & they had successfully treated him. Jack Shano, the head Physical Therapist is experienced, thorough and dedicated.
