The office is responsive and the staff is efficient.<br><br>A special acknowledgment is warranted for several individuals: Karen, who sees me daily without fail; Ani, a supervisor whose evaluations are both clinically sound and genuinely empathic; Jovi, the administrative nurse who holds everything together; and Gary, who oversees this remarkable team of caregivers. On Christmas Day, when my caregiver noticed we had run out of a necessary supply, it was Gary who personally stepped in as a delivery agent — that gesture speaks volumes.<br><br>My health is my most important consideration.
