I worked with 2 different therapists which helped me achieve my goal as one PT provided a slightly different approach than the other PT which made all the difference in my results. The collaboration was key. Everything is above industry standards including the world class therapists, equipment and overall facility.“

My first day was painful, but they helped me move forward little by little. I can move my arm and hand again, and that means everything to me. You are truly my heroes. ?“

5348 CA-27 # 210, Woodland Hills“Dr. Zelinsky is amazing! I have been seeing him on and off for 6 years now. I first went to him because all of a sudden, the area next to my belly button to the right was sore and super sensitive to the touch. I thought maybe I have appendicitis. I went to different doctors including a specialist but no one knew what the issue was. Then I saw Dr Zelinsky - he told me I pulled my back and the muscles were inflamed (even though I did not feel any back pain). Since there are nerves in the front that are connected to the back muscles, that is why my belly button area was sore and sensitive to the touch. He fixed my back and the soreness and sensitivity completely went away in two days. Who would even think it is the back muscles that caused the problem!!?? Only a genius like Dr. Z would! Had I not been so lucky to have seen him, I would have spent hundreds and hundreds on medical bills and taken unnecessary scans or MRI and not getting any right answers. I also have sciatica in my lower back, neck and shoulder pain and occasional bad flair up in my right upper back. Ever time I visit Dr. Z, the pain goes away within 1 to 2 visits and I feel brand new!! He is so knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, caring and hilarious!!! I trust him completely! BEST chiropractor EVER!!!!“

21039 Devonshire St, Chatsworth“I had been struggling with persistent headaches for years and had tried everything--medications, lifestyle changes, and different treatments--but nothing truly worked. I had resigned myself to the idea that I'd be taking pills for the rest of my life just to manage the pain. Then, an acquaintance recommended I try chiropractic care for my headaches and neck pain, and I'm so grateful I did! From my very first visit, AllCare Chiropractic Center took the time to truly understand my concerns. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant reduction in my headaches, and now, I finally have relief without relying on medication. The difference has been life-changing! The office is welcoming, and the level of care is outstanding.“

1922 Erringer Rd, Simi Valley“I went in to Body Mechanix with a back/hip issue and had the best 8 weeks getting all fixed up. Taylor and her team of Ryan & Brooke walked me through some tough exercises that focused on my hurts 2 times a week. They worked hard to strengthen me using their knowledge mixed with their friendly fun personalities. I was actually able to do squats again after a few years of barely bending my knees! Taylor was very focused and attentive to every pain and how to fix me. I am stronger than I have been in a while. Taylor sent me home with a program I can follow to keep my hips & legs strong so I can hit the trails with no pain. I am deeply thankful for Taylor & her team & recommend them highly.“

20265 Ventura Blvd # C, Woodland Hills“Following knee replacement surgery—and subsequent physical therapy that was derailed mid-stream by the Palisades Fire—I needed to find a suitable PT option close to our home in Topanga Canyon. I had the extreme good fortune to find my way (via Google search) to Propel Physical Therapy in Woodland Hills. Having now completed several months of PT there, I can report significant progress in rehabbing a knee that had not been fully responsive months after surgery. This is thanks to the guidance and oversight of Propel's owner, Dr. O'Real Cotton; senior therapist Victor Weaver, who worked with and encouraged me week after week; office manager Sarah Schwartz, who helped me juggle a fluid schedule; and the entire professional staff that Propel has assembled (Justin Greenstein, Sally Wood, et al.). Propel PT combines therapeutic rigor (these are serious, skilled and dedicated folks) with highly personalized PT programs focused on measurable outcomes. Propel’s studio in a Warner Center office park is spacious, well equipped and meticulously maintained. Trainers keep detailed records of the repetitions that mark each session and the progress made – and the “vibe” is totally upbeat and positive. Propel Physical Therapy and all of its staff deserve 5-star status and my strongest recommendation. Thank you, all.“

Sepi has an exceptional touch and a deep understanding of her work. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. This is a place where healing truly happens—no medication, just skilled, hands-on care.“

5620 Wilbur Ave # 103, Tarzana“Most people think recovery is just about time and medication. But if you’ve been through a major trauma or surgery, you know that true healing requires a deeper level of care.
I didn't want to just 'manage' my pain—I wanted to solve it. This team doesn't do surface-level work. They take the time to understand your body’s unique history and provide a treatment plan that actually produces results.
No repetitive, mindless sessions; just high-level therapy from experts who are truly invested in your progress.
Truly a lucky find for anyone serious about their health.“

1855 Cochran St Ste 109, Simi Valley“Paige Handy is awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly. Her assistant Anna is also very nice. Ventura Orthopedics helped me for the 3rd time now, this time with a hand issue called radial nerve palsy. After a couple months of sessions here, I'm back to near full strength and I couldn't be happier! Thanks!“
“I am going to Fitness Philosophy because of a minor knee injury that hurt in a major way. ( I think it's because I imagined that my 74 year old body could somehow benefit by doing some plies in 1st thru 5th position. The patella part of my right knee objected strenuously to those ballet exercises, especially since I hadn't "warmed up" properly & I was never a ballet dancer, just did lessons for exercise. ) . Then I went to urgent care, they did X-rays, & nothing seemed broken or torn. They suggested physical therapy. I chose Fitness Philosophy because my husband went there & they had successfully treated him. Jack Shano, the head Physical Therapist is experienced, thorough and dedicated. After a couple of sessions with Jack, I now work with his assistant, Maddy,“
