The staff members are always welcoming and friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. They usually adhere to their scheduled appointments, which is a significant plus. The healthcare providers here genuinely take the time to listen to my concerns and ensure that I have ample opportunity to ask any questions I may have. The quality of care I receive is exceptional, and I find the staff to be approachable and supportive. Additionally, the clinic itself is clean, organized, and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable environment for patients.“

20265 Ventura Blvd # C, Woodland Hills“Following knee replacement surgery—and subsequent physical therapy that was derailed mid-stream by the Palisades Fire—I needed to find a suitable PT option close to our home in Topanga Canyon. I had the extreme good fortune to find my way (via Google search) to Propel Physical Therapy in Woodland Hills. Having now completed several months of PT there, I can report significant progress in rehabbing a knee that had not been fully responsive months after surgery. This is thanks to the guidance and oversight of Propel's owner, Dr. O'Real Cotton; senior therapist Victor Weaver, who worked with and encouraged me week after week; office manager Sarah Schwartz, who helped me juggle a fluid schedule; and the entire professional staff that Propel has assembled (Justin Greenstein, Sally Wood, et al.). Propel PT combines therapeutic rigor (these are serious, skilled and dedicated folks) with highly personalized PT programs focused on measurable outcomes. Propel’s studio in a Warner Center office park is spacious, well equipped and meticulously maintained. Trainers keep detailed records of the repetitions that mark each session and the progress made – and the “vibe” is totally upbeat and positive. Propel Physical Therapy and all of its staff deserve 5-star status and my strongest recommendation. Thank you, all.“

6200 Canoga Ave #105, Woodland Hills“Very professional group. I worked with 2 different therapists which helped me achieve my goal as one PT provided a slightly different approach than the other PT which made all the difference in my results. The collaboration was key. Everything is above industry standards including the world class therapists, equipment and overall facility.“

I first went to him because all of a sudden, the area next to my belly button to the right was sore and super sensitive to the touch. I thought maybe I have appendicitis. I went to different doctors including a specialist but no one knew what the issue was. Then I saw Dr Zelinsky - he told me I pulled my back and the muscles were inflamed (even though I did not feel any back pain). Since there are nerves in the front that are connected to the back muscles, that is why my belly button area was sore and sensitive to the touch. He fixed my back and the soreness and sensitivity completely went away in two days. Who would even think it is the back muscles that caused the problem!!?? Only a genius like Dr. Z would! Had I not been so lucky to have seen him, I would have spent hundreds and hundreds on medical bills and taken unnecessary scans or MRI and not getting any right answers. I also have sciatica in my lower back, neck and shoulder pain and occasional bad flair up in my right upper back. Ever time I visit Dr. Z, the pain goes away within 1 to 2 visits and I feel brand new!! He is so knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, caring and hilarious!!! I trust him completely! BEST chiropractor EVER!!!!“
“Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had ACL reconstruction surgery, that helped me get back on track in few months.“

Friendly front desk staffers are fresh faces that greet you with a nice smile every time. He's also got a great massage therapist by appointment. If you've got a back or neck problem, I'd definitely recommend him!“
“I am going to Fitness Philosophy because of a minor knee injury that hurt in a major way. ( I think it's because I imagined that my 74 year old body could somehow benefit by doing some plies in 1st thru 5th position. The patella part of my right knee objected strenuously to those ballet exercises, especially since I hadn't "warmed up" properly & I was never a ballet dancer, just did lessons for exercise. ) . Then I went to urgent care, they did X-rays, & nothing seemed broken or torn. They suggested physical therapy. I chose Fitness Philosophy because my husband went there & they had successfully treated him. Jack Shano, the head Physical Therapist is experienced, thorough and dedicated. After a couple of sessions with Jack, I now work with his assistant, Maddy,“

“Been to see Dr. Q. twice. Very good experience. He took time to assess and checked in with me during the chiropractic treatment. They share the treatment space with a physical therapy group. Splitting hairs here but I would recommend a partition of some kind between the chiro and PT open space to help minimize noise.“
