Therese was an absolute miracle worker! was suffering from chronic neck & knee pain plus a constant numbness in my hands that was making it hard to sleep and was getting worse before I started treatment. The progress I made in just a couple weeks was incredible. With continued treatment my pain significantly improved and the numbness disappeared. The team is highly professional and kind. She also consistently ran on time which is not the standard these days and was much appreciated!
Recently I required physical therapy and I went to M3 Physical Therapy in West Hills. I had the good fortune to meet Therese Palad, who worked with me to regain mobility in my right leg. Therese is a very capable physical therapist who provided the right amount of challenge, encouragement, education and kindness to my treatment. As an older patient, her recipe for success gave me the incentive and strength to work with her to regain to regain mobility and also provide me with renewed confidence and strength. My thanks to Therese, and to everyone at M3 for their courtesy, interest and professionalism. I recommend the entire team whole-heartedly.
Excellent staff members. Excellent physical therapists. Excellent facility. My wife recently saw Therese for several months post knee surgery in 9/2025 and is doing well. Therese was very understanding and encouraging while keeping the regimen challenging. I am back again post hip surgery Jan 2026 and am working with Therese to get back in shape. We both agree that we'd much prefer to go to M3 than to battle the crowd at SCOI. Thank you, M3.
