“I highly recommend PT Dynamics to anyone that is looking for true recovery with an expert team. After a Total Knee Replacement last September I began physical therapy at PT Dynamics. I had never had this kind of major surgery and I was told my knee may not be the same, and yoga may not be the same for me as well. In a few short months, PT Dynamics had me doing most things normally, and after nearly 5 months I was doing yoga the way I had hoped. The owner, Jeff, and his great staff including Dan and Jenny, are terrific! They always take the time to explain what is happening and reviewed the goals for recovery. I always received emails with the exercises I needed to do at home, or they would provide printed copies of the necessary exercises. The location is easy to access, always clean and organized and the equipment top notch.“

“I have been going to Balboa Acupuncture Clinic for around 18 years for different health issues. The first time I had treatment from Dr. Oh was for my back problems since I was in a lot of pain. Finally, after a couple of treatments, my back wasn't hurting anymore. Gail performed examination on my strength and severity of issue then gave me exercises to help me basically lifelong to keep everything in shape. “This is a long overdue review for Dr. Perez. I share this review only because I feel a sense of obligation to share her talent and amazing care with others (especially pregnant mamas) because it's life changing but am praying this doesn't mean it'll be harder to get an appointment with her! Without any hesitation, I highly recommend Dr. Perez. I began seeing her during my second trimester and continue to see her post baby. She also treats my husband and father in law. I can't fully describe in words how amazing she is and how much better my body feels since finding Dr. Perez but my body is in so much better condition since finding her. As a first time mom, I also really appreciated how maternal Dr. Perez approaches her massages and adjustments. She also provided me with Kinesiology taping when my ribs were crushing my lungs and baby was making it very hard to breathe. She goes above and beyond. Unlike so many chiropractors out there, she is not pushy at all. You will not regret a session with dr. Perez.“

“Natalie was amazing... she took all the time needed to assess me, my body, and all the ailments I went to her with. I went with feet joint issues, and right before going to my initial assessment with her, threw my back out. She was able to identify how all these issues were somehow linked and begin treating me to provide relief of the main issues I came to her for. She is a committed and VERY competent professional that provided me with the tools and resources to begin addressing my physical pain. “On a Saturday I was in so much pain I could barely get out of my car. With a new baby that I pick up and put down constantly all day, I knew there was no way I could wait to do something about so it. So I went on yelp to try to find anyone that would take me on a Saturday. Dr. Aryan was more than willing to treat me with hardly any notice. I basically crawled into his office with so much back pain, and by the time I was leaving I was able to sit down and lean over with hardly any pain. I will be going back today to keep up with my treatments and I am looking forward to it. Dr.Aryan is a lifesaver and I will be going back and referring everyone I know.“

“Best chiropractor hands down!! Dr Middelthon is not your average chiropractor you visit for a quick 10 min adjustment. He cares for his patients and takes his time treating and explaining what is going on. He has state of the art equipment and has help me with numerous aches and pains. I feel better after every treatment. He offers Aspen Laser therapy (best cold laser treatment, sadly not offered everywhere) ask for packages each session comes out cheaper in price but worth every dollar. (Insurance doesn't cover laser therapy) He is an out of network chiropractor. I know he accepts PPO insurance; Aetna & United Health Care, they cover partial but that's better than nothing. His rates are higher than other chiropractors but after 1 treatment you know why. He gets booked a week or two in advance. (Offers a popular weight loss program) Unless someone cancels it is not likely you can schedule a same day appointment. I highly recommend Dr Middelthon to treat all your aches and pains.“
