Johna and her TEAM are the most caring and (PROGRESSIVE) Therapists I have ever had the pleasure to work with over the years. Johna has designed the most appropriate exercises for ME that have provided stronger and longer lasting results. I actually feel so much better after each session!! As a TEAM, they pay very close attention to how I perform each of the designed exercises and intervene for modest corrections if I'm not completely on target. I share this review only because I feel a sense of obligation to share her talent and amazing care with others (especially pregnant mamas) because it's life changing but am praying this doesn't mean it'll be harder to get an appointment with her! Without any hesitation, I highly recommend Dr. Perez. I began seeing her during my second trimester and continue to see her post baby. She also treats my husband and father in law. I can't fully describe in words how amazing she is and how much better my body feels since finding Dr. Perez but my body is in so much better condition since finding her. As a first time mom, I also really appreciated how maternal Dr. Perez approaches her massages and adjustments. She also provided me with Kinesiology taping when my ribs were crushing my lungs and baby was making it very hard to breathe. She goes above and beyond.
