grew up with this place when it was in reseda. my dads print shop was in the same shopping center where it was originally. always a great hair, cut now and then. highly recommended.

Been coming here for past several years and have ONLY seen and cut by Le. He likes to cut hair FAST-FAST, even when the shop is completely empty Listening skills: LOW -- told barber to cut my sideburns just above tragus; he cut left sideburn and the right was forgotten -- I HAD TO FIX MYSELF AT HOME Attention to detail: LOW -- fade on right side: flawless fade on left side: choppy with visible guideline and patches of comb-marks (clipper over comb technique) --SO BAD, I HAD TO FIX MYSELF AT HOME Customer satisfaction: LOW -- Feel gypped for a 20 and then I have to go home to fix X Y Z.... The ONLY pro I can discern is in/out of the chair quickly...THATS IT

Have been getting great haircuts from Gil's for close to 40 years. A classic barber shop with affordable prices. Family owned and run which is nice thing to see nowadays. I highly recommend trying Gil's if your in Canoga Park and in need of a haircut.
