Most of the time, companies ask me to leave a review, but for this roofing project I went online on my own because they truly earned it. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and professional. Todd was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest, and he gave helpful advice about the roof without trying to upsell anything we did not need.
The office team was also very helpful while we worked through the insurance claim. The roofing crew, along with the team handling the gutters and chimney cap, showed up on time and finished everything as promised. Bryson & Sons Roofing has helped us with two roofing projects, one at our current home and one at a previous house. My family is getting our home ready to sell, and the buyer asked for an estimate for some roof repair work. I called a few roofing contractors, but many did not respond, and some were only interested in a full reroof instead of a smaller repair. Jay was happy to come out, inspect the roof, and provide a free estimate. He arrived at our home in Winnetka within a couple of hours after our first call, which was very helpful during a busy escrow process.
