“i have considered hair extensions for a few years, but i was afraid of damaging my hair. i am 68 and my hair is thinning, but not too bad yet. I let it grow to past my shoulders and decided to do it about a month ago. after research of the many different types and maintenance involved i decided to go with Christopher. Very scared and apprehensive, BUT i am so happy i did it! I feel younger, my hair looks fabulous, i did 2 bundles to be cautious and it is perfect for me. the fullness and length are amazing. i really didnt think it would look this good, but it does! i simply love it and should have done it a long time ago. I do notice the extra weight in hair when it is wet, but i dry it and style it with the blowdryer and it is real hair and reacts beautifully if you want it straight or curled. i highly recommend Chris. i get so many compliments on my hair now. people notice something is different, but dont really know what?! i love it! the way Chris applies the extensions is professional and not noticeable. thumbs up!!!!!“

“So I had came in with the intention of just cutting my hair and that was it. Thanks to Dianne and her 20+ years of experience I walked out feeling and looking my best EVER! First let’s talk decor! Her salon is so aesthetically pleasing to look at, from the chandeliers to the gold accents on mirrors it all goes hand in hand with the stylists employed at Diva Touch! The receptionist was super sweet and so professional he even offered to dry off my umbrella (by the way it was raining, HARD). I waited very shortly and Dianne had immediately knew exactly the look we were going to do. I put all my marbles in one basket and she did not disappoint. As she finished with a 2nd client (while my color was setting in), the detail in her maneuvering her hand for the hair cut and the blow out I instantly knew I was in amazing hands. Up came my turn for the wash and her assistant came applauding her for what a great job she has done. The rest is history!She finalized the cut and blew out my hair and it came out gorgeous! From having split ends to having hair feel baby smooth all while still being colored. “Shay was amazing! I was looking for a last minute hair stylist for my wedding, I was calling a few places but they weren't quite helpful. But I gave Shay a call, it didn't get through but she called me back immediately. She was able to schedule me in for hair trial and blocked the date for my wedding. Hair Trial: I went to her studio in Encino and it was a really cute place. Shay was extremely patient, open minded and creative. I originally came in wanting to do a hollywood blowout for my wedding but at the end I decided on an updo! I fell in love with the look of the updo from Shay and was so impressed by her creativeness. Wedding: Shay was very professional, she texted me a week before the wedding to confirm and to make sure everything was set. Came VERY early in the morning (6AM!) to accommodate my wedding plans and was literally a hype-woman who was excited and positive. Her set up and schedule was on point.
