This week we had zero pressure in shower head, with only dripping water! I contacted Hi-Tech Plumbing and spoke to Sam. He came over that day to assess the situation. Sam was easy to speak with, very courteous and professional! After he located the issue, he gave me the total amount it costs to fix our shower issues. (A major benefit was the total price Sam provided did not change after he got and installed the part! I had other service people in the past who, at the end of the job, increased their final price!! I had Hi-Tech remove and replace my kitchen sink. I had several plumbers come out and I chose Sam (Hi-Tech) because 1) their reviews are excellent and the AI bot I use recommended them highly along with a few others and 2) because they had the lowest quote by a couple hundred dollars.
Let me tell you, the job was a lot harder than it initially looked and to Sam's credit he kept the price the same and did not try to renegotiate the estimate.
