“I really appreciate that these guys were reliable and communicative. They came on time, and they were hard working. Our upstairs unit wasn't working, He spent time looking for the problem and then actually fixed it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”
“If I could give 10 stars I would! Installation done timely, professionally, and so very clean and neat. Excellent workmanship! Thank you!”
“I had my AC system tune-up and the next day my home was hotter than before I ever called them for service. Not sure what they actually tuned up. I'm was totally disappointed because I have used 5-star plumbing multiple times for other services. They have always been exceptional. Needless to say by the 3rd day the heat in my home was unbearable and I contacted 5 Star Plumbing to request another service call. They representative was more than happy to get someone out immediately. I did not have an appointment, however within 2 hours they arranged for a technician to come out and investigate the problem. The issue was resolved and I am on cloud nine. Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for correcting the issue. This was the excellent and efficient customer service I am accustomed to from this company! You guys and truly 5 Star!”
