Called J&M on Friday 7/10 as a/c wasn’t working. Was advised that a rep wasn’t available, but could come out on Saturday 7/11. Robbie was the rep who showed up at 9 a.m. on 7/11. He worked on the a/c unit and advised us that he was able to get the unit to work, but due to the age of the a/c he couldn’t guarantee the unit would continue to work. Robbie gave us options and we went with the recommendation of having a new a/c unit installed. Robbie was very helpful in this process. J&M have been servicing our unit for many years, Robbie has been a wonderful rep who has taken care of us during every call. We would highly recommend J&M and Robbie to do a great job! He was wonderful to work with and explained everything from the service of the current unit to the prompt order and installation of the new unit scheduled on 7/16.
