The owner is very easy to speak with. The technicians are very professional . They finish the job when they said they would. The 2 day installation process was painless. I started doing my research and getting quotes to replace my 23 yr old 5ton AC. I knew I wanted the latest heat pump technology, the savings and the rebates offered were the highest they’ve ever been. I wanted a great deal on the best equipment and the best technology and that’s they delivered. Trane has the best quality, technology and engineering in my research and Art’s presentation backed that up. I highly recommend Castillo Heating & Air conditioning. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable during the installation, but they were respectful & always responsive during the planning process. We had a lot of questions on the timing, the possible solutions, and how the pricing would work and their staff was very patient and reassuring in their responses. They also worked hard to get our large, 1980’s aged heating and cooling system removed since we now switched to a mini-split system for our mobile home. It was no easy feat as it was aged and bulky, so we really appreciated that. Thank you again!Services: Cleaning
