My first review ever because Edgar and his crew did a fantastic job installing a great unit suggested by Edgar. Very very very happy with everything. Also customer service after the sale is exceptional, Edgar and Hector came out personally and went the extra mile to keep an incredible attention to detail and explain everything to me. Super curtious, kind, proffesional, and knowledgable. Highly reccomend them, you will be happy with your descision to take your business here. I'll never ever go to anyone else.

Had an emergency AC repair on Saturday morning, we called multiple companies at 5am. Precision One responses immediately with an ETA of 8-9am. They showed up on time and were able to fix our AC quickly and fairly priced. We are so grateful, Precision One saved our grandsons birthday party and we will definitely call them again if we ever need future services.

Had a power outage early morning. Mike came to Palm Desert around 9am and explained issues well from main breaker, surge protector and wiring for solar. He came back in the afternoon to fix the issue after I coordinated with SCE.
