Jesse come and informed us about a new system and all the details. He is an excellent communicator and wants you as the customer to be informed to make the best decision for your home. He is very honest and we look forward to getting a bid from him.
Jesse was on time, professional, and his service was top-notch. He provided a very thorough and detailed inspection and clearly explained everything that needed to be serviced. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend 1111 HVAC!
These guys arrived on time, troubleshot two systems: an existing ducted hvac unit about 12 years old, and a new mini-split that I needed Nitrogen test and an R32 recharge not to mention replacing the crappy flares and couplings that I had done during the installation.
Ezra communicated with me in detail everything he was doing, and suggested trimming and bending the lines so that the line cover/ refrigerant lines would look better and function better (turns out I had kinked one of the lines during hookup).
11:11 are now my go-to HVAC team: you will be very happy as well if you make them yours as well…..
