Do NOT go here, they will over charge you with all kinds of hidden cost. I took my son in for a sinus infection and ended up with a bill more than $1000 dollars after insurance. During the visit the doctor asked if it is okay to check his ear for infection, naturally I said yes. They had to remove a little ear wax to see the inside. A week later i got a bill for $129 to remove ear wax. That is utterly ridiculous. I would have removed it myself if they told me that ahead of time. I've been coming to this office for a couple of years now and it is getting worse. There is no price transparency and many surprises on additional charging. i will not be returning to this office.

The reception staff and doctor were super friendly and great to work with. I’m super excited to be here and have this as the main doctors office for my family. Physician was super knowledgeable and helpful during the visit.location and facilities are top notch as well.

The reason for individuals having PPO insurance is so they don't have to be referred. UCLA is the exact reason why the medical field is messed up. No commen sense. Failure to understand individuals can self refer is a good reason why the low score. Requesting a medical referral when you have approval from the insurance is passing the buck on knowing how to do their job correctly and making it costly to individuals who already have approval for procedures from the insurance co.
