Smart doctor with good bedside manner. Feels like he cares. Makes effort to make you feel heard. Nurses are competent; could be more personable. May be because they often seem new and green and are nervous? Have had unpleasant and harsh experiences with front staff which made me leave the clinic. But they have gotten a little better with their attitudes which is why I am back. Tried a bunch of other doctors in the Torrance/Lomita/PV area, but still prefer Dr. Flores. So I guess I'll have to put up with the front desk...

I recently moved out of state, but Dr. Flores was my son's pediatrician for over a year from birth until we moved. My oldest is 12. We have gone through many doctors and Dr Flores is a GEM in the sea of crap that makes up modern family practitioners today. I have already been to four drs in the new state and cannot find anyone as competent, kind, understanding, compassionate, and good with kids as Dr Flores. I'm planning to come back to LA for my kid's physicals because seriously he's the best there is. You will not find a better pediatric office.
