Their response to covid-19 is appropriate. The receptionist and the nurses were kind. However, I found myself overwhelmingly disappointed by the quality of care I received from my doctor. Based off the amazing reviews I saw for this particular doctor I just knew we would have a good connection. Instead she told me how I was "supposed" to be feeling and rushed me out the door. I didn't feel comfortable to share how I felt, because she already made assumptions, so I shut down. It felt like she was ready for me to be gone from the office. Rushed. No questions for how I felt, just rushed and standard. Like I was a number. I'm thinking this place is too busy for new patients....read full review

I came here for a Doctors visit -- a general wellness check. I made appointments online to see Dr. Joyce C Chang and she was one of the best doctors that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I am a skeptical person, when I look for Doctors, I want to make sure that they'll treat me like an important person rather than a number that just walks in the door. The staff were extremely nice, helpful, and pleasant when it came to the pre-screening stuff. Dr. Chang was also extremely nice and helpful when it came to my wellness check and was honest with what I should be doing. My son needed to see a orthopedic but his primary doctor wasn't available until next month ... but providence has other doctors that were willing to see my son ASAP .... thank you Dr. Tu Sang Om for taking time from your busy schedule to see my son on short notice.. Dr. Om also referred my son to an orthopedic... I tried several times to make an appointment but the office kept telling me I had the wrong referral numbers so after several calls back and forth I called Nurse ANNABEL .... front desk she listened to my situation went out of her way and called and made the appointment for me .... every time I visit providence in Carson ca the front nurses Annabel and Erika...read full review
