I've been impressed with every single UCLA clinic I've been to. Dr. Sanna is professional, personable and thorough. I'm very thankful that I found her and the practice she's in.

I've been in to see Dr. Susuki just once. I just went in for a quick pre-op thing but I liked him enough to where I have likely made him my primary moving forward. He followed up with a phone call after the appt... he had reviewed the tests and recommended another test. Great so far. The superstars were the people in imaging on the fourth floor. Everyone I spoke with had a great attitude. They seemed to be joking around just enough and were happy to be there. But were also all over it... I've been in three times now and they were SO quick, efficient and friendly. The waiting room time could not have been more than five to ten minutes (and I was probably early). When I went in to have a disc burned of my most recent CT, it was lightning fast and free and, again, the important part is the attitude. Whether you are at a medical facility or the DMV or the gym, the difference in the really great places is the attitude. I guess the only down side of the whole UCLA Imaging dept is that they are scheduling things like ultrasounds a couple months down the road. Your dr can always STAT it but if they don't, it's a bit of a wait.

Rolling Hills Estates, Ca. I come here to get the MRI required yearly by the clinical trial that I'm on. It is much easier to get a scan done here than in Westwood and it is 30 minutes closer to my home. I always schedule a night appointment so there is no traffic. The machine here can do a brain scan in 25 minutes, considerably less time than it has taken for me at other locations. The technicians here are very skilled, I've always received a painless IV insertion. Coming in from the parking lot at night you must use the elevator. It's a bit confusing the first time because you are going from level P4 to 4. When leaving you are still able to use the side door down a few steps. I have always been brought in a bit before my appointment time and I'm out of there a bit early. Usually only one other patient there. There is a nighttime security guard patrolling but honestly the area is not at all sketchy at night and the lot is well lit.
