The tech they sent, Charles, did a great job. He contacted me when he arrived, kept me updated on the status of the repair, and then let me know when he left. I'm very happy with Charles service. JJ at the home office also does a great job. Great company!

I was having some trouble with the my AC at home and couldn't figure out what was wrong. Paul (my technician) figured out that I had a refrigerant leak and explained exactly how he would fix it. The office sent over a reasonable quote and the whole thing was completed in two days. Lovely service!
