When you enter Body Mechanix in Simi Valley, the first thing you see is a sign on your left with a short dedication honoring the founders composed by their successors Blake and Taylor Carney. Its message concerns perpetuating a tradition of exceptional service to the medical profession using evidence-based techniques and dedicating time to every patient, each of whom is to be served with compassion and integrity. The message may commemorate the original owners but is true about Blake and Taylor and two therapists who work with them, Andy Macdonald and Erik Iversen.

I went in to Body Mechanix with a back/hip issue and had the best 8 weeks getting all fixed up. Taylor and her team of Ryan & Brooke walked me through some tough exercises that focused on my hurts 2 times a week. They worked hard to strengthen me using their knowledge mixed with their friendly fun personalities. I was actually able to do squats again after a few years of barely bending my knees! Taylor was very focused and attentive to every pain and how to fix me. I am stronger than I have been in a while.
