My initial visit was quite good. Reception desk check in was smooth. The physical therapist took notes of my knee condition and how the injury happened. She asked questions as to what I was already doing to help with home remedies (ice, elevate, etc.) She gave me three exercises to do in addition to my pool walking and stationary biking.My second visit left me disappointed. My second therapist did not have my chart with him, so I gave a quick rundown on my torn meniscus but he asked no questions about my previous visit. He performed an ultrasound treatment.
