He and his wife are extremely personable. In my first home located in Concord, we had black widow spiders scattered throughout the property. He jokingly said they make great pets and proceeded to geek out about different arachnids while removing them. After his organic-safe-for-kids-and-pets treatment, we didn't see anymore pests around. He saw issues that needed to be addressed to avoid other invasive pests and he took care of that preventative treatment with no added fees. I believe this is called extrusion?My parents home had a bat infestation/invasion and he safely sealed all entry points back into their home after scaring the bats off, again with no extras fees. The bats have not returned. That's pretty epic.I've moved to different areas throughout the bay and had friends and family with a wide range of pest issues. I'm happy to report he's been able to take care of the different issues from wolf spiders, garden spiders, earwigs to rats and bats.
