My service provider, Brandon, was on time, easy to talk to, and very efficient. The house had been sealed in Feb. & this was a follow up service. This company is very reliable and takes good care of its customers.

We were dealing with severe rodent invasion of our home. Clark did nothing but set traps and failed to do a proper inclusion. So I called Honest Rodent Proofing. James came out to do the inspection and he was so thorough, kind and helpful! They got us our estimate and worked with us to find a solution for our problem. They were able to come almost immediately to seal up our house complete with a rat slab, sealing garage doors, vents, fireplace etc etc. Vitale led the job and went above and beyond the payed duties, even making sure to clean up the rodent poop which included moving appliances as well as my entire garage.What we went through was absolutely horrific with...read full review

I found out that I had a rodent problem and asked HRP to come out and give me a quote. They were able to come look at the issue within 2 days, and have a crew out 2 days later to block off every single potential point of entry to my home and lay traps for any rodents that may have still been hiding in the house. They scheduled three return trips to check the traps as well. I was quite impressed with not only the rapidity of the response, but their thoroughness in making sure that my home would no longer be an option for the rodents that tend to populate the fields and small parks in my area. (I live very close to fairly wild and undeveloped parts of the Bay Area.)
