Poor scheduling communication and when issues are brought to their attention, you are told what you want to hear with no follow through. Servicers showed up without notice or confirmation of appointments. Notice not sufficient for people who prefer to be home during service or need time to prepare the area, i.e., Move dog/children items. If scheduling becomes an issue, rather than contact you to resolve it, they cancel you completely and charge a higher fee to return. Bad business practices and communication within the company and between employees and customers.“
