Norcal Rodent Proofing

I have three houses in San Francisco, and Paul just finished proofing the third. Immediately after he did the first one I wouldn't think of calling anyone else! That slim guy can crawl anywhere a rodent can crawl, and he guarantees that after his work they are truly and forever gone (as long as we don't leave the door to the house open with food inside sitting overnight)!
This time he encouraged me to see what he does for myself because it was extra complicated - and I did! I’m the guy in blue in the attached photo, and I saw his work really close up - fabulous! He showed me that when an extension was done on the garage the concrete foundation slab was not extended and rodents were burying through the soil under the wall into the crawlspace underneath our house. Not anymore!!!
His is not merely a one-year written guarantee - what are we customers going to do when a service person or company doesn't fulfill its written word? Are we really going to take them to court? I doubt it! What we want is someone whom we trust will make it unnecessary to complain or fight- and that's Paul. He keeps more than his word, going the extra mile always. I can vouch for that after he proofed three properties, and I'm truly grateful!
My brother has a house too and I'd recommend Paul to him except for the fact that my bro lives in New Jersey!

"Paul, hire people and train them to work like you do and you'll soon become the largest Rodent Proofing company West of the Mississippi!"

NorCal Rodent Proofing did some work for us about 6 years ago to remediate a failed pest control service by one of those Attic (fill in the blank) companies that only kept the rats out for about a year and a half. (That company conveniently was out of business or changed its name, so useless warranty). NorCal did a good job and we were rat-free for six years, but last week we heard some noise in the attic so we called them back for an inspection. I cannot say enough good things about this company. As a real estate agent, I needed a reliable company to address a rodent issue before bringing a property to market, and they exceeded every expectation. Paul and Larry truly know what they're doing. There was no cutting corners, just thorough, professional, high quality work from start to finish. They went above and beyond to ensure every issue at the property was properly handled.
