It’s quick and customer service is excellent!
Here’s my experience….
I had been procrastinating and needed some glasses by Saturday for a wedding.
I stopped by on a Monday morning, but the doctor isn’t there on Mondays. But I was lucky and got a next day spot. I have no idea what the doctor’s name was as there was no introductions— Just, quick but informational eye exam and that was it.
I called right before they closed on the same day as my eye appointment (Tuesday) to ask if maybe the glasses might be done. They weren’t. BUT!! Later that night I got a voicemail saying they were done!
I had a great experience at this glasses store! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations without any pressure.
The selection of frames was impressive—stylish, high-quality, and available at a range of price points. The fitting process was smooth and professional, and they made sure my glasses were perfectly adjusted before I left. My new glasses are comfortable, look great, and my prescription is spot-on.
Excellent customer service, great selection, and a seamless experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this… read full review

If there’s any issues had in this place, it’s definitely not the staff’s fault and more likely due to backorder with vendors and stuff like that because every time I’ve been here it’s been a great experience.
