I have been going to the West Salem office for years. The Doctors are great as well as the assistant. The office staff on the otherhand lack professionalism. I was sent home with glasses that I could not see through and told to adjust by the office manager. After 4 trips to this office to get the glasses done correctly, I was told that it was the frames. Even though they did not re measure me after I asked. I ended up going to a different provider who confirmed the measurements were incorrect. I had to pay more out of pocket to get correct lenses. The lack of respect and customer service ensures I will not be returning.
