I've been coming here for a few years now because of a change in my insurance. I really like this location. The staff is great! Super helpful and knowledgeable. Rebecca is the best, I totally appreciate her expertise and customer service..Dr Dolezel very nice and approachable. They have an impressive selection of frames too.

Having been back several times now for issues largely caused by the first visit: Rebecca and Staci have done their best to fix things and have both been great. Unfortunately, the first visit 3+ weeks ago was such a mess that it created problems we're still dealing with.

I actually went in to see if they could adjust my presently worn glasses. Saw a little sign at their desk saying they would with a disclaimer saying if something breaks were not liable. After going back to Costco to get these things adjusted 3 times, i was willing to risk it. Glad i did, i was beginning to think i can't wear nose pad free frames, they just don't fit my face and nose i guess. Nope they just needed expert fitting which Sight for Sore Eyes can provide.
