I will preface this by saying that the sale took over an hour due to the online order system being unavailable. But, the three customer service women were terrific. There was not a thing they could do about the delay except apologize for something entirely out of their control but they kept their sense of humor, made the time pass as quickly as they could, and we shared lots of laughs about working in retail and customers we would like to forget. In the end, we were able to finish the order and have a good laugh at the end of another failure of the electronic world of retail sales. Anyone in retail should take note of their personal skills when the unexpected strikes.
