I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters from start to finish. The eye exam was by far the most thorough I’ve ever had, with technology I hadn’t even seen before. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything throughout the process.
A special thank you to Gabby, who helped me pick out my new frames. She was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed while I tried on several different styles. She offered honest feedback, answered all of my questions, and helped me find a pair that I absolutely love.

Overall great experience at the Broadway Plaza Walnut Creek store! Dr. Ng and the staff are professional, knowledgable, and personable. The store is nicely designed and there are many frames to choose from...including stylish designer frames. Happy to have such a great Optometry option in my area.
