“I went to Target optical to get new glasses. I worked with Jonah who was wonderful. When I first got there he asked if I needed help. I said no I was just browsing, he said to let him know if I needed help. I liked that he didn't hover. When I was ready he was very helpful. He had great knowledge about the products and great advice. I wasn't prepared with my insurance information, and he was incredibly patient as I texted my husband for information about our insurance plan. Jonah said that he wanted to make sure we got the coverage we had in our plan. I highly recommend working with him!“

“Dr. Rosner and Dr. Woo are the best optometrists I’ve ever seen—and I’ve worn glasses since high school. They don’t just check your prescription and rush you out; they’re thorough, attentive, and take the time to answer questions.

Whether I have a lot to ask or I’m short on time, they adapt and make the visit easy and comfortable. I’ve been seeing them for over three years and can’t believe I’m only now leaving a review. Highly recommend.“

“I had a good experience at Warby Parker today which included an eye exam for glasses and contact lenses, help selecting frames, and an efficient process to order the items I needed. All of the associates were knowledgeable and kind.“

“Dr. Chan is excellent. The reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 has to do with the front staff. I was told that my insurance would cover part of the cost for a pair of sunglasses and I was quoted a price. The staff member then encouraged me to wait until my annual appointment to purchase them (so my benefit could be applied). However, when I got done with the appointment one month later and was ready to purchase the glasses, another staff member said I had to pay full price. When I explained this to the staff member who had originally quoted me the price (she had even encouraged me to put the glasses on hold), she said she "did not remember" ever quoting me the discounted price. I should have asked for the quote in writing. I will be doing this from now on and I would definitely advise others to do the same. I would hope that the front staff is more clear in the future. Furthermore, I would hope that they don't "forget" details promised.“
