“I went to Target optical to get new glasses. I worked with Jonah who was wonderful. When I first got there he asked if I needed help. I said no I was just browsing, he said to let him know if I needed help. I liked that he didn't hover. When I was ready he was very helpful. He had great knowledge about the products and great advice. I wasn't prepared with my insurance information, and he was incredibly patient as I texted my husband for information about our insurance plan. Jonah said that he wanted to make sure we got the coverage we had in our plan. I highly recommend working with him!“

“Dr. Khela is one of the best optometrists I've seen! I had LASIK a decade+ ago and started needing contacts a couple years ago (a combo of minor scar tissue, astigmatism, but nothing serious enough to warrant a touch up). However, I struggled for over a year because the contacts still left my vision a little blurry when doing computer work, weren't comfortable for long periods, etc. I'd tried out multiple prescriptions and brands and was burnt out, but I needed to renew my prescription and had just moved so I figure I'd give Dr. Khela a try, expecting nothing would really change in my contact discomfort. I could not have been more wrong - she is a phenomenal clinician / wizard. She explained exactly where my discomfort was coming from (astigmatism!), got me in more comfortable contacts, explained why having one contact for astigmatism and one normal might help, and masterfully explained why computer work was giving me a headache and had a great fix. Her experience working with hundreds of patients doing deep squinty computer work really makes her an expert on modern eye fatigue and her solutions are creative and adaptive. I didn't know it was possible to be this wowed by your eye doctor but eye comfort is so underrated and I am grateful to have found the best doctor!“

“Had a great experience here today! I'm upset I didn't get the names of the two ladies helping me, but I we had good conversation and I found my sunglasses! Very knowledgeable and super helpful. Will definitely be coming back again (not just to pick up my glasses haha). Highly recommend. What a great experience! Oh and they even fixed my glasses that had a stripped screw for free. I was about to buy them again!“

“Dr. Mock helped me understand my frustrations with my vision better than any other doctor I've seen. From my perspective, having a giant swirly mass floating in my field of vision drives me nuts and has ruined my ability to ski (drama!). Every other doctor I've seen has blown me off as it's "no big deal." Dr. Mock explained to me in a "a patient first" way why I have to live with my first world problem. Other doctors have left me frustrated with the sense that I'm too stupid to understand why my problem can't be fixed. He is a very good doctor.“

“Dr. Chan is excellent. The reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 has to do with the front staff. I was told that my insurance would cover part of the cost for a pair of sunglasses and I was quoted a price. The staff member then encouraged me to wait until my annual appointment to purchase them (so my benefit could be applied). However, when I got done with the appointment one month later and was ready to purchase the glasses, another staff member said I had to pay full price. When I explained this to the staff member who had originally quoted me the price (she had even encouraged me to put the glasses on hold), she said she "did not remember" ever quoting me the discounted price. I should have asked for the quote in writing. I will be doing this from now on and I would definitely advise others to do the same. I would hope that the front staff is more clear in the future. Furthermore, I would hope that they don't "forget" details promised.“

“I saw Dr. Whitney Ng for the first time today. He was very thorough with my eye exam and spent time addressing the concerns that I raised on my online check-in questionnaire. He established a very pleasant and comfortable environment during my entire visit. I will definitely want to see him again for my next annual eye exam.

“I am so grateful to have met Catherine Romano! Two years ago she found the best frames for my personality and I have folks stopping me on the street asking me where I got my glasses. And this year I went back to get new frames and she also suggested I get prescription sunglasses for driving. I decided to follow her suggestion and I am so amazed with my experience using sunglasses while driving! It is such a blessing to have Catherine watching over what is needed to really take care of my eyes. I just never realized using real sunglasses, and not just my transitional lenses while driving, would have such an impact on my eyes!
