Dropped in on a class while in town for the holidays. The owners, coaches, and members were super friendly and welcoming. The coaches gave me helpful coaching cues during class. Had a great workout. Highly recommend!

Was my very first time doing CrossFit ever and Matt and Trillion made me feel so confident and welcomed!!! They walked me through warmups, stretches to rehab my floppy feet and encouraged me to do my best no matter my skill level. They are excellent coaches and I will be coming back for sure!

Don't waste your time going to any other crossfit gym's in Ventura, Forward Functional Fitness is the ONLY one worth going to, the rest are utter garbage. The coaches here are phenomenal, they have great technique and are very cognizant of how they teach things. I really don't like crossfit that much, but this place is truly one of a kind and makes the whole experience enjoyable, I think that says a lot about this gym and their ownership.
