“OK. I live in one of those older Westside homes. Like many of these homes the original sewer line from the street to my home was failing (don't ask). The city considers this repair a homeowner responsibility (after getting a city permit). The street must be opened up to access the main drain. At the same time my across-the-street neighbors hookup also failed. Eric was able to coordinate and obtain one permit and do both jobs opening up the street just once. They were prompt, efficient, skilled and NEAT. This was a huge job and they have my gratitude for their work ethic.
