I called yesterday to set up an appointment. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. They had an opening for today, the very next day and that was great. She gave me the window of time for the appointment and then followed up today to let me know when the tech would arrive. Paulino showed up well within the time frame and he was knowledgeable and professional. Because I was interested in what he was doing (fixing our soft water system and changing filters on our RO system) he patiently answered my questions and kept me updated on what he was doing. Five stars to Carolyn! I called two days in a row only to obtain a manual so I could reset my machine by simply turning a dial. The girls at the front desk were zero help horrible customer service! I'm not sure why they are even working there? So I called and selected the sales option and finally got ahold of a women named Carolyn who listened and solved a simple issue within 20 min she called and emailed me a copy of the pdf manual so I could reset my machine, super simple. Didn't have to be a big issue, she just took care of her customer it probably took a few mins of her morning to find the PDF and bam emailed it to me. Carolyn you rock! I would also love to thank Andrew our delivery driver for his professionalism and work ethics here at Santa Paula. Couldn't ask for a better delivery driver from Rayne. Keep up the good work Andrew.
