Rayne overall gets about 2.5 stars, but Francisco is 5/5 the best! He is so nice, so efficient, so good at his job, so thoughtful. He knows the trick to the gate, the dog doesn't bother him, he navigates the toy in the yard with ease, and always does a great job.
Every time anyone else from Rayne comes, it's wrong or something gets messed up - the filter clogs, or they don't finish the job, or they don't try because they can't open the gate (it's not hard), they break the hose, etc. And speaking to the office is painful. But Francisco! My man! He is singlehandedly keeping that place in business by being such a great guy.
