Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup is a plumbing service with a long history, having been in business for nearly 80 years. They offer 24/7 service for both emergencies and everyday plumbing issues, such as leaky faucets or running toilets. Customers appreciate their expert plumbers for being professional, polite, and helpful. Recent reviews highlight the outstanding customer service, with friendly representatives ready to schedule appointments and ensure satisfaction.

Many customers have praised the quick response times and the valuable information provided during service calls. One reviewer noted the technician Victor Castro as especially patient and courteous, addressing all questions and concerns. However, some customers have reported mixed experiences. One individual felt the video camera report was inadequate and disputed the initial assessment regarding pipe cleaning, ultimately cleaning the pipe themselves, which led to dissatisfaction with the initial service and cost. Despite this, Roto-Rooter remains a go-to choice for emergency plumbing, with many customers expressing trust in their ability to resolve issues efficiently.
