Avery from Hansens was terrific again! He arrived on time as expected. They both took time to explain different ways to extend the life of the water heater in addition to the flush service they came to work on today. Every time Avery entered my home, he made sure to alert me before coming in. My dog even gave him the sniff test and said he passed with flying colors! Avery was efficient with his time and continued to explain any points of interest I asked about. The whole water heater flush took one hour. Work was great, attitude was terrific!
Called for service on Thursday at 3pm May 21 for for toilet repair thinking it would be days for an appointment. They actually came same day and replaced the toilet. This was a rental unit so quick turn around greatly appreciated.
